USA – The USPS has posted a press release saying that they will restrict mail delivery in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois. They also said that in other areas they may be limiting mail pick up and delivery due to cold temperatures and retail operations at local offices may be available and may be limited due to the arctic blast.
Update: USPS has now extended the closure to other states and areas, heres the press release they released around 10:30.
