WAVERLY – The Waverly Police Department is attempting to locate Michelle Spriggs age:16 who ran away from her residence in Waverly. Michelle was last seen on April 4,2020 at 4:00 pm on Gordon Ave. Michelle was last seen wearing blue jeans, blue t-shirt, black frame eye glasses, white and black tennis shoes. Michelle has brown eyes, black hair, possibly 5”6,143 lbs. Michelle is possibly in the Portsmouth Ohio area. Anyone with information is asked to call the Waverly Police Department at 740-947-2179
