Dog walk to celebrate Physical Therapy Month

CIRCLEVILLE – Circleville Physical Therapy will host its second annual 3K Dog Walk/Run on Oct. 31 at Mary Virginia Crites-Hannan Park in recognition of National Physical Therapy Month.

Registration begins at 10 a.m., and the walk/run will begin at 10:30 a.m. from the Starkey Pavilion to benefit Partners For Paws and Hands for Disabled.

The event will include face painting, live music, food and beverages, vendors, a “pick-a-prize” raffle and an adoption event from the Wright-Poling Pickaway County Dog Shelter from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Participants can walk a dog from the shelter, and there will be a pet costume contest after the walk. Owners are encouraged to dress up for Halloween as well.
