Fish fry to benefit Haven House



Haven House of Pickaway County will host its fourth annual Drive-By Fish Fry from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday in the Job & Family Services parking lot, 110 Island Rd.

The sack lunch will include a fish sandwich, cole slaw, baked beans, cookie and pop or water for $7 per person.

Haven House also will be selling t-shirts and hoodies during the sale at a cost of $12 to $16, depending on size and type.

Corporate sponsors for the event are The Savings Bank, Peter Harrison, Watt Street Tavern, Captain D’s (providing the cole slaw) and Circle Building Services.

Haven House of Pickaway County Inc. is a domestic violence and homeless shelter that strives to empower survivors of domestic violence by providing advocacy, shelter, support and safety planning, as well as shelter for women and children who are homeless.
