August 18

– A resident in the 28000 block of Ebenhack Road reported unknown persons took his truck and trailer, as well as several other items. A report was taken on breaking and entering.

– A resident in the 100 block of Foxfire Blvd., Commercial Point, reported someone entered their open garage and took several items. A report was taken on a burglary.

– A resident in the 4000 block of Duvall Road, Ashville, reported she caught a known person breaking the windows on her vehicle. A report was taken on a criminal damaging.

– A resident in the 100 block of Foxfire Blvd., Commercial Point, reported someone got into their vehicles and took items. A report was taken on a theft.

– A resident in the 10600 block of state Route 762, Lockbourne, reported someone took items from his truck bed. A report was taken on a theft.

– Robin C. White, 30, and Victor M. Segura-Gonzalez, 34, both of Ashville, were arrested for assault after a resident in the 4000 block of Duvall Road reported she was assaulted by two individuals.

– A resident in the 4000 block of Duvall Road reported someone entered her unlocked shed and removed a generator. A report was taken on a theft.

– A caller from Fannin Farm Market at 6800 state Route 762, Orient, reported known juveniles took money from a lock box. A report was taken on theft.

– A resident in the 11500 block of Hayesville Road, Kingston, reported she was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend and that he was texting her threats. She declined to file charges at this time.

– A resident in the 6400 block of state Route 56 East reported someone broke into a shed and took a four-wheeler and other items. A report was taken on a theft.

– A resident in the 200 block of Players Club Court, Commercial Point, reported someone broke into their attached garage and stole items from their vehicles. A report was taken on a burglary.

– A deputy responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle in the 7000 block of Lane Road, Orient. The subjects were identified.

– A deputy responded to reports of found property on North Court Street at Bell Station Road, Circleville. The property was taken to the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office for disposal.

– A deputy responded to Main Street, Commercial Point, on reports of unknown subjects going through vehicles. No items were taken.

– A deputy responded to a harassment complaint in the 1000 block of South Washington Street, Circleville.

– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute in the 9800 block of Perrill Road, Canal Winchester.

– A deputy responded to a custody dispute in the 7000 block of Scioto Darby Road, Orient.

– David M. Wiles was arrested for non-support of dependents.

August 19

– A resident in the 10100 block of state Route 104 reported someone took the rear license plate from his vehicle. A report was taken on a theft.

– A resident in the 1100 block of Lancaster Pike reported someone stole a trailer from his barn. A report was taken on a theft.

– A resident in the 200 block of Main Street, New Holland, reported someone broke into her residence through the back door and took her purse and other items. A report was taken on a burglary.

– An employee at Walmart reported a known suspect stole laundry soap and left without paying. Charges are pending.

– Tammy K. Pennington, 55, of Circleville, was arrested for theft of food items at Walmart.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a vehicle in the 4900 block of Southern Point Boulevard, Orient. The vehicle was towed by Fletcher’s Towing to the impound lot at the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office.

– A deputy performed a well-being check in the 25600 block of U.S. Route 23 (Pilot), Circleville. The subject was located and transported to the hospital by Pickaway Township EMS.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 8000 block of state Route 138, Circleville. The subject left upon the arrival of officers.

– A deputy responded to a harassment complaint in the 8000 block of Eagle Ridge Lane, Orient.

– Freda Boysel, 60, of Circleville, advised she was backing up in a driveway and struck a utility pole on Walnut Creek Pike.

August 20

– A resident in the 10600 block of state Route 762, Lockbourne, reported she was having problems with her daughter going to school. A report was taken on an unruly child.

– A resident in the 10600 block of state Route 762, Lockbourne, reported someone tried to pry her vehicle open. A report was taken on a attempted theft.

– A resident in the 100 block of Mill Street, Williamsport, reported a violation of a protection order. No charges were filed.

– A deputy responded to a hit-skip accident on state Route 56 at Hayesville Road, Laurelville, and discovered the vehicle was stolen in Ross County. A report was taken on a receiving stolen property.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on property in the 20600 block of U.S. Route 23, Circleville.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a vehicle on state Route 56 East near Hayesville Road, Laurelville.

August 21

– A caller on U.S. Route 62 between Era Road and London Road reported someone threw something on her vehicle while she was traveling down the road. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– A deputy responded to reports of an unruly juvenile in the 5000 block of Horseshoe Drive South, Orient.

– A caller reported a known subject walked up to them and threatened them at Walmart.

– A resident in the 100 block of North Water Street, Williamsport, reported someone had been injuring cats in the neighborhood. A report was taken on animal cruelty.

– A deputy responded to an activated alarm in the 5000 block of Dietrich Avenue, Orient.

– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute at Borror Road Cemetery, Commercial Point.

– A deputy responded to reports of found property at 600 Island Rd., Circleville. The property was returned to the owner.

– A deputy performed a well-being check on state Route 762 north of Duvall Road, Ashville.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person at 9955 Shepherd Road, Lockbourne.

– A deputy and the canine Marko were requested to assist the Ohio State Highway Patrol for a free air search during a traffic stop on U.S. Route 23 near mile post 11. The male passenger was placed under arrest for possession of drugs by the OSHP.

– Celena Vasallo, 51, of Mayo, Florida, struck a deer while traveling northbound on U.S. Route 23. No injuries were reported.

– Kari Haddox, 23, of Ashville, was cited for left of center when she rounded a curve too fast and lost control of her vehicle on Walnut Creek Pike. Subjects were treated for injuries.

August 22

– A resident in the 3000 block of Clifford Avenue, Ashville, reported an unknown person entered their open garage and got into their vehicles, taking several items. A report was taken on a burglary.

– A resident in the 10600 block of state Route 762 East, Lockbourne, reported someone stole a push mower from their yard. A report was taken on a theft.

– A resident in the 2100 block of Arapaho Drive reported someone got into her unlocked vehicle and took items. A report was taken on a theft.

– A deputy responded to the 8700 block of Keplar Ford Road, Orient, on a possible house fire. Scioto Township Fire conducted a quick vent check to clear a small amount of smoke in the residence. It appeared the issue may have been caused by an electrical device.

– A deputy performed a message delivery in the 9000 block of Bell Station, Stoutsville. Contact was made.

– A deputy responded to reports of suspicious activity in the 12000 block of Yankeetown Pike, Mt. Sterling.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 3000 block of Northup Avenue, South Bloomfield.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 10000 block of U.S. Route 62, Orient.

– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute in the 200 block of Crites Road, Circleville.

– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute in the 2400 block of North Court Street, Circleville.

– Jessica Smith, 26, of Mt. Sterling, advised she took her foot off the accelerator and her flip-flop became stuck, causing her to lose control and run off the road on U.S. Route 62, rolling her vehicle. Subjects were treated for injuries.

– Paulette Mogan, 54, of Circleville, advised she was traveling southbound on Winchester Road when a deer jumped a fence and she struck it. No injuries were reported.

– Keith Redfern, 29, of Lancaster, was cited for assured clear distance ahead when he struck a vehicle on state Route 159 driven by Kimberly Hall, 28, of Chillicothe.

– Zacharry G. Poole was arrested for failure to appear on the original charge of driving under suspension.

– Jeremy T. Lemaster was arrested for failure to appear on the original charge of driving under suspension.
