Carole Marie (McCain) Weaver, 77, of Adelphi, passed away Sunday, Aug. 2, 2015, at her residence.
She was born Nov. 22, 1937, in Circleville, to the late Edgar and Lilly Mae Hamp McCain.
Carole was preceded in death by James Weaver, her husband of 50 years; daughter, Laura Weaver; son-in-law, William Kimbler; brother, Jack McCain; and sister, Sandra Ferns.
She is survived by son, James (Wanda) Weaver; daughters, Lisa (Clarence) Miller and Amy (Shawn) Haynes; grandsons, Brandon Weaver and Evan Kimbler; granddaughters, Angelique Weaver (Zach Stroud) and Emily Miller; step-grandkids, Amber, Brooke and Zach Haynes; brothers, Raymond McCain and David McCain; special aunt, Mary Brown; and Eddie Russell, who was always thought of as her first grandchild.
Carole enjoyed spending time with her family and loved and cherished her grandkids. She had a huge heart, was very generous and touched countless other lives. She was a fabulous baker and loved her antiques. She was one of a kind and always put a smile on your face. She will be deeply and truly missed.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2015, at the Green Summit Cemetery with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating.
