– A deputy responded to reports of menacing in the 500 block of Yates Street, Williamsport. The victim declined charges.

– A resident in the 17000 block of London Road, Williamsport, reported telephone harassment. The victim declined charges and was referred to the city law director.

– A resident in the 19000 block of Clarks Run Road, Mt. Sterling, reported a theft.

– A deputy responded to reports of a suspicious person in the 4000 block of state Route 316, Ashville. Identification was made, and the subjects left the scene.

– A deputy responded to reports of property damage in the 500 block of Wilmar Drive. The deputy advised it was possibly caused by a small animal.

– A deputy responded to an activated alarm in the 2000 block of Weigand Road, Ashville. The residence checked secure.

– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute in the 20000 block of Mouser Road, New Holland.

– A deputy responded to reports of vandalism in the 10000 block of London Road, Orient.

– A deputy responded to reports of harassment in the 500 block of Yates Street, Williamsport. All parties cleared the area.

– Joseph R. Jaggers was arrested for driving without consent.

– Gary T. Bigham III was arrested on an indictment for receiving stolen property.

– Chao M. Jolly was arrested on an indictment for receiving stolen property.

– Jacob R. Savage was arrested on an indictment for burglary and theft.

– Jacob C. Conner was arrested on an indictment for forgery.

July 15

– A resident in the 12000 block of state Route 56 East reported someone used her Social Security number to file a tax return. A report was taken on identity fraud.

– A caller reported someone restored electric service without permission to a residence in the 10000 block of state Route 762, Lockbourne. A report was taken on theft by deception.

– A resident in the 400 block of West High Street reported someone stole batteries out of his vehicles. A report was taken on theft.

– A deputy responded to reports of a theft in the 19000 block of U.S. Route 23.

– A deputy responded to reports of a theft at Dollar General in the 24000 block of U.S. Route 23.

– A resident in the 15000 block of South Perry Road, Laurelville, reported someone broke into the residence and took several items. A report was taken on burglary.

– A deputy responded to reports of domestic violence in the 10000 block of state Route 762 East, Lockbourne. The suspect left the area prior to the deputy’s arrival.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 13000 block of Tenny Road.

– A deputy responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 26000 block of River Drive.

– An unknown vehicle traveling southbound on Chillicothe Pike went off the roadway, striking a mailbox and forcing it into another mailbox. A report was taken on a property damage hit-skip accident.

– Matthew A. Bowen, 30, was arrested on the original charge of theft.

– Patricia S. Haney, 41, was arrested on the original charges of two counts of grand theft and one count of Medicaid eligibility fraud.

July 16

– A resident in the 100 block of North School Street, Williamsport, reported someone damaged plants and a tree in his yard. A report was taken on property damage.

– A resident in the 13000 block of U.S. Route 62 reported a known subject entered his property and removed cabinets. A report was taken on breaking an entering.

– A deputy responded to reports of an assault in the 200 block of North School Street, Williamsport. The victim declined charges.

– A resident in the 500 block of South Water Street, Williamsport, reported someone took several items from the bed of his truck. A report was taken on breaking and entering.

– Dewayne D. Clark, 35, of Circleville, was arrested for criminal trespassing in the 6000 block of Zane Trail Road after a caller reported he was on the property and causing problems.

July 17

– A resident in the 13000 block of Tenny Road, Mt. Sterling, reported a subject was on his property and possibly damaged his vehicle. A report was taken on a violation of a protection order.

– A resident in the 6000 block of Brooks Miller Road reported someone broke into the residence and stole a furnace and electric box. A report was taken on breaking and entering.

– Brandon N. Johnson-Marshall, 19, of Galloway, was arrested at Walmart for the theft of toothbrush heads.

– Jeremy Harding Jr., 18, of Circleville, was arrested for possession of drug abuse instruments and Natasha N. Burris, 22, of Circleville, was arrested for possession of drugs scheduled I, II and possession of drug abuse instruments at the Relax Inn on U.S. Route 23.

– A resident in the 13000 block of Tenny Road, Mt. Sterling, reported a suspect was texting regarding property. A report was taken on a violation of a protection order.

– A caller in the 9000 block of Southern Street, Orient, reported an unknown male came into the building carrying a gun on his side. He purchased an item from the vending machine and left.

– A deputy responded to reports of a domestic dispute on State Park Road 20, Mt. Sterling. No charges were filed.

– The canine Marko was requested to assist the Ohio State Highway Patrol on U.S. Route 22 and state Route 104 to conduct a free air narcotics search on a vehicle. No items were located.

– A resident in the 5000 block of Hazelwood Court, Orient, reported he was driving and the driver of another vehicle was harassing him.

– A resident in the 10000 block of state Route 762, Lockbourne, reported her daughter was being harassed by another juvenile.

– A caller reported they were trying to obtain property from a residence in the 13000 block of Tenny Road, Mt. Sterling.

– A deputy responded to reports of an assault in the 500 block of Yates Street, Williamsport. No charges were filed.

– A deputy responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 1300 block of South Pickaway Street. No charges were filed.

– Claudia Means, 44, of Orient, backed out of a parking space on private property and struck a motorcycle driven by Tyrone Thomas, 48, of Lewis Center. No injuries were reported.

– Raymond E. Bush was arrested on indictment for original charges of breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools.

– Evelyn N. Valentine was arrested for failure to appear on the original charge of driving under suspension.

– Jack A. Raub was arrested for failure to appear on the original charge of failure to reinstate.

July 18

– A resident in the 100 block of Harrison Street, Tarlton, reported her estranged husband came to her residence and damaged a door. Charges were declined.

– A property owner on East Front Street, New Holland, reported tenants took a stove that belonged to her when they vacated the residence. A report was taken on theft.

– Kelly Ann Parker, 24, of Circleville, was arrested for the theft of a toy at Walmart.

– A deputy responded to reports of an assault in the 4000 block of state Route 361. No charges were filed.

– Jerry A. Bkliss, 45, of Circleville, was arrested for domestic violence in the 28000 block of U.S. Route 23.

– A resident in the 5000 block of Fairfield Road, Orient, reported her 17-year-old granddaughter had run away. A report was taken.

– A resident in the 5000 block of Paul Revere Road, Orient, reported someone made purchases on his debit card. A report was taken on theft.

– A deputy responded to reports of found property on Gay Dresbach Road and Hayesville Road.

– A deputy responded to reports of unwanted phone calls in the 10000 block of Timberwood, Ashville.

– A resident in the 10000 block of state Route 762, Lockbourne, reported he was having problems with juveniles assaulting his grandson.

– A resident in the 100 block of Main Street, Tarlton, had an oxygen tank and lit a cigarette, which caused an explosion. The victim was taken to the hospital by EMS, and the fire department handled the scene.

– A deputy responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 1000 block of Chickasaw Drive. No charges were filed.

– Esther Chasteen, 76, of Stoutsville, backed into a parking space on private property and struck a parked vehicle owned by Tina Rose of Circleville. No injuries were reported.

– James Harper, 43, of Orient, was traveling southbound on Strawser Street when he lost control of his motorcycle and struck the curb, throwing him off the motorcycle and into a yard. He was treated for injuries.

– An unknown vehicle was traveling eastbound on Perry Road when it went off the side of the roadway, struck two mailboxes and went across the roadway into a fence. A report was taken on a hit-skip accident.

July 19

– A caller reported someone had stolen her car from the parking lot at Walmart. The vehicle was later recovered.

– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute in the 29000 block of U.S. Route 23. No charges were filed.

– A resident reported juveniles riding skateboards in the roadway at Tarlton Road and Kingston Pike. The juveniles were transported back to their parents.

– A deputy responded on a squad run in the 100 block of Walnut Creek Drive, Commercial Point.

– A resident in the 13000 block of Ashville Pike, Ashville, reported her ex-husband had been texting and threatening her. A report was taken on harassment.

– A deputy performed a well-being check in the 11000 block of Scioto Darby Road, Orient, on an elderly female reportedly driving around lost. Arrangements were made to get her home.

– A deputy responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 25000 block of Moccasin Road, Laurelville. No charges were filed.

– Edward M. Saraniero, 60, of Columbus, was arrested for OVI on U.S. Route 23 at Pittsburgh Road.

– A resident in the 4000 block of Duvall Road, Ashville, reported a neighbor complaint.

– A resident in the 13000 block of Tenny Road, Mt. Sterling, reported having problems with her ex-boyfriend.

– Jerrod Widner, 21, of Columbus, was cited for failure to control when he failed to stop for a stop sign and struck a ditch on Commercial Point Road. No injuries were reported.

– Kyle M. Snyder was arrested on the original charges of two counts of theft.

July 20

– Ashley L. Gloyd, 31, of Stoutsville, was arrested for possession of drug abuse instruments at the Adult Parole office on South Court Street when she was found to have paraphernalia on her during an appointment.

– A caller from Good Hands Supported Living on Island Road reported an unknown person had cut the two front tires on one of the vans.

– Samatha K. Young, 25, of Circleville, was arrested for the theft of headlight bulbs and for criminal trespassing from a prior theft at Walmart.

– A resident in the 1400 block of Lancaster Pike reported an unknown person had opened an account in her name. A report was taken on theft.

– An employee at Walmart reported a known male left the store without paying for items. Charges are pending.

– A caller reported a road rage incident on U.S. Route 23, Lockbourne. The victim reported having problems with his vehicle as he was driving.

– A resident in the 12000 block of Scioto Darby Road reported she and her sister were having an argument over property. A report was taken on a domestic dispute.

– A resident in the 5000 block of Mattox Circle, Orient, reported having problems with a construction company.

– A resident in the 13000 block of Tenny Road, Mt. Sterling, reported she was being harassed by her ex-boyfriend.

– A deputy responded to a custody dispute in the 4000 block of Duvall Road, Ashville.

– A resident in the 100 block of Rosewood Avenue, Circleville, reported his ex-girlfriend would not give back his credit card. A report was taken on a complaint on property.

– A resident in the 5000 block of Lanterns Way, Orient, reported a neighbor complaint.

– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute in the 8000 block of state Route 316, Orient.

– Christopher Hoop, 40, of Chillicothe, reported he was unable to stop in time and struck the rear of a vehicle on U.S. Route 23 driven by Cecil Brewer, 38, of Ray. No injuries were reported.

– Henry Konot Jr., 40, of Ashville, advised he was traveling eastbound on Duvall Road and struck a vehicle turning into a driveway driven by Patricia Weimer, 63, of Galloway. No injuries were reported.

– Richard T. White was arrested for failure to appear on the original charge of failure to reinstate.

– Laura K. Schuler was arrested on indictment for the original charge of theft.

– Arminda S. Honeycutt was arrested for a violation of probation on the original charge of attempted theft.
