Jack Corbin Miller, 69, died Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at his home in Williamsport.

He was born March 9, 1946, in Pickaway County.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Opal (Hunt) Miller; brother, Don; and sisters, Joyce and Darlene.

After several years of being in and out of hospitals and rehabs, Jack was able to make it home. His wish was to be home waiting for his pride and joy, Adam. He loved to hear Adam tell him what kind of a day he had. Before Jack lost the use of his legs, we would walk and ride bikes every day.

Jack is survived by his wife of 26 years, married Jan. 9, 1989, to Cindy Kay (Riley); his son, Adam Jacin Miller; surviving brothers, Gary (Sharon) Miller, Denny (Cindy) Miller and Russ (Lori) Miller; sisters, Jean (Oz) Stroup, Bobbie (Bruce) Robey, Dorothy (Robin) Workman and Robin (Don) Lightfoot; several nieces and nephews.

Friends and family may call from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, July 5, 2015, at the Porter-Tidd Funeral Home, Mt. Sterling. In keeping with Jack’s wishes, cremation will follow, along with a private service with Cindy and Adam.

In lieu of flowers, Cindy and Adam suggest that contributions be made to Porter-Tidd Funeral Home in Jack’s memory. This will help with his funeral expenses.
