The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

– Mary A. Barton, 23, of Brown Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of heroin. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Jay L. Blazer, 37, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to complicity to aggravated possession of drugs. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

Jessica L. Dodge, 34, of Cherokee Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, trafficking in heroin and trafficking in cocaine. She was sentenced to eight years in state prison at Marysville and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Matthew A. Kennedy, 30, of Princeton Street, Ashville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He was sentenced to six months in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Kendra A. Queen, 25, of Skyline Drive, South Bloomfield, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of heroin. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Laurie L. Smith, 38, of Pontious Lane, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Carre L. Perkins, 49, of Laurel Street, Laurelville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of heroin. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Tamera J. Thornton, 55, of West Ohio Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and possession of heroin. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Betsy Vangundy, 22, of West High Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to trafficking in cocaine and trafficking in heroin. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Mary A. Walker, 50, of East Mound Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

Ronald L. Hedges, 46, of Hitler Road #2, Circleville, pleaded no contest and was found guilty of aggravated possession of drugs, trafficking in drugs, illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and failure to appear. He was sentenced to 11 years in state prison at Orient, the forfeiture of $3,154.68 and firearms and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Jeremy P. Coleman, 28, of Island Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was ordered to complete a community-based correctional facility program.

– Eric E. Mustard, 26, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. He was ordered to complete a community-based correctional facility program.

– Lyndsey J. Pauley, 36, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for July 17.

– Timothy Karshner, 37, of Plum Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was ordered to serve 60 days in the county jail.

– Tiffany R. McConahay, 35, of Warner Huffer Road, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to identity fraud. A pretrial hearing is set for July 17.

– Jamie D. Pennington, 38, of South Bloomfield, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and possession of cocaine. Pennington will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Teddy J. Crum, 29, of Weldon Avenue, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to receiving stolen property. A pretrial hearing is set for July 17.

– David Porter, 55, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for July 17.

– Bradlee D. Briggs, 20, of East Mill Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to trafficking in heroin. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison (suspended) and must serve three years of community control and complete a community-based correctional facility program. He also received a six-month driver’s license suspension.

Mollie E. Gerber, 30, of Powell, pleaded not guilty to possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing is set for July 17.

– Jessica Elliott, 26, of Washington Court House, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft of drugs. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Rickey A. Sowers Jr., 30, of Beaver, pleaded guilty to theft. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended) and must serve 30 days in the county jail and three years of community control.

– Carla J. Riffle, 42, of Eisenhower Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
