Staff Reports

The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

– Thomas M. Binkley II, 33, of Cherokee Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and trafficking in cocaine. He was sentenced to 11 years in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Susan K. Cornwell, 49, of Fairview Blvd., Circleville, pleaded not guilty to possession of heroin and trafficking in heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for June 12.

– Brooke M. Adkins, 23, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. She was sentenced to 16 months in state prison at Marysville.

– Robert A. Tilton, 39, of state Route 762, Ashville, pleaded not guilty to domestic violence. A pretrial hearing is set for July 17.

– Carlos Banks, of Tenny Road, Mt. Sterling, pleaded not guilty to three counts of domestic violence. A pretrial hearing is set for July 17.

– Gary Neal Abbott, 42, of Huntington, West Virginia, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs. He was sentenced to two years in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Jason L. Crampton, 32, of Lancaster, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated possession of drugs. He was sentenced to eight months in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– James L. Osborn, 62, of Fairview Blvd., Circleville, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for July 17.

– Elizabeth R. Hill, 33, of South Court Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for July 17.

– Gwen A. Draise, 37, of Tarlton Road, Stoutsville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. She was sentenced to 11 months in state prison (suspended) and a six-month driver’s license suspension. She also must serve three years of community control and complete a community-based correctional facility program.

– Amanda D. Saltz, 34, of Hamilton Avenue, New Holland, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. She was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail and a continuation of probation.

– Kelly Gonzalez, 38, of Washington Avenue, Washington Court House, pleaded guilty to theft of food assistance and Medicaid eligibility fraud. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Cody Z. Meade, 19, of Bulen Pierce Road, Lockbourne, pleaded guilty to improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Donald Lee, 31, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended) and ordered to serve three years of community control.

– Erica D. Moretti, 26, of West Main Street, Ashville, pleaded guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and trafficking in cocaine. She was sentenced to 11 years in state prison at Marysville and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Renee S. Rittenhouse, 33, of Eisenhower Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
