January 20

– A resident in the 20000 block of Commercial Point Road, Circleville, reported she hasn’t seen her 25-year-old daughter since Dec. 30. A missing person report was filed.

– A resident in the 24000 block of state Route 207, New Holland, reported an unknown subject stole her son’s medication. A report was taken on theft.

– A caller in the 200 block of South Water Street, Williamsport, reported receipt of a bad check that was written on a closed account.

– A resident in the 12000 block of Yankeetown Pike, Mt. Sterling, reported an unknown subject had stolen his medication. A report was taken on theft.

– Lori M. Burroughs, 50, of Ashville, was arrested for domestic violence in the 10000 block of Lockbourne Eastern Road, Ashville.

– A deputy located a disabled vehicle in the roadway at Ringgold Southern Road and Bell Station Road. Contact was made with the owner, who stated the vehicle had been stolen. A report was taken.

– Deputies performed well-being checks in the 23000 block of Bolender Pontius Road, as well as Circle Avenue in New Holland and South Water Street, Williamsport. Reports were filed in each instance.

– A resident in the 2000 block of Arapaho Drive, Circleville, reported a complaint on a person. A report was filed.

– A caller reported a complaint on a vehicle with possible damage in the area of state Route 188, Circleville. A report was filed.

– A deputy was requested for special detail in the 1300 block of South Pickaway Street, Circleville. The scene was cleared without incident.

– Deputies responded to the 14000 block of Era Road, Mt. Sterling, on a domestic dispute. No charges were filed.

– A caller reported an injured deer in the 9900 block of U.S. Route 62, Orient. The deer was dispatched, and a carcass receipt was completed. The deer was then released to the caller.

– Jeanie Oppy, 37, of Lucasville, reportedly attempted to change lanes while traveling on U.S. Route 23 and struck a vehicle being driven by Rayan Benson, 29, of Chillicothe. No injuries were reported.

January 21

– A resident in the 8000 block of Stout Road reported someone had cut the screen on his door but no entry was made to the residence. A report was taken on attempted burglary.

– A resident in the 400 block of South Main Street, Williamsport, reported she had been receiving threatening text messages from her ex-boyfriend. A report was taken on menacing.

– A deputy responded to an alarm in the 24700 block of U.S. Route 23, Circleville. Everything checked secure.

– A deputy responded to an alarm in the 11900 block of Scioto Darby Road, Orient. The alarm was accidental.

– A resident on Beaumont Court, New Holland, reported a harassment complaint. A report was taken.

– Deputies responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 5000 block of Franklin Street, Orient. No charges were filed.

– Deputies responded to the 10600 block of Ashville Pike, Lockbourne, on a domestic dispute. No charges were filed.

– A resident in the 20500 block of Ringgold Southern Road, Circleville, reported trespassers on the property. A report was filed.

– Dimitri Hutchison, 19, of Laurelville, was cited for failure to control when he reportedly lost control of his vehicle on Stumpf Road and struck a farm fence. No injuries were reported.

– William Hall Jr., 20, of Mt. Sterling, reportedly lost control of his vehicle on Darby Creek Road and struck a guardrail. No injuries were reported.

– Pamela Linn, 50, of Circleville, struck a deer while traveling on London Road.

– Scott Garrett, 33, of Circleville, reportedly lost control of his vehicle when a deer ran onto the road and drove off the roadway, striking a tree. No injuries were reported.

– Levi K. Burroughs, 19, of Lancaster, was arrested on two warrants from Circleville Municipal Court, one for failure to appear on the original charge of telephone harassment and the other for a violation of probation on the original charge of receiving stolen property.

– Cary E. Gilpen III, 23, of Circleville, was arrested on a warrant from Circleville Municipal Court for failure to appear on the original charge of theft.

January 22

– A resident in the 19000 block of Pherson Pike, Williamsport, reported she was receiving unwanted phone calls and text messages from a relative. A report was taken on telecommunications harassment.

– Deputies responded to reports of an unruly child in the 100 block of North School Street, Williamsport.

– An employee at Guter Center Dentistry, 598 Northridge Road, reported an unknown subject had broken the front window of the office. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– Carrie L. Salyers, 36, of Mt. Sterling, was issued a summons for Circleville Municipal Court after she reportedly stole miscellaneous items from Walmart and tried to leave without paying for them.

– A resident in the 100 block of Butternut Pass, Commercial Point, reported an unknown subject tried to pry open the front door of the residence but no entry was gained.

– A resident in the 400 block of South Main Street, Williamsport, reported ongoing telephone harassment from her ex-boyfriend. A report was taken.

– A resident in the 4000 block of Duvall Road, Ashville, reported an unknown subject broke the driver’s side window and windshield of her vehicle. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– A resident came to the sheriff’s office to file a complaint of harassment.

– A caller reported a suspicious vehicle on Scioto Darby Road, Orient. The vehicle’s owner was identified, and everything checked OK. A report was filed.

– A deputy was dispatched for special detail in the 10700 block of Lockbourne Eastern Road, Ashville. The scene was cleared without incident.

– A caller in the 24800 block of U.S. Route 23, Circleville, reported found property. The property was taken to the sheriff’s office and placed into evidence for safekeeping.

– A deputy responded to the 9700 block of Picway Road, Lockbourne, on reports of a possible overdose. The subject was transported to the hospital by Harrison Township medics.

– A deputy was dispatched along with Mt. Sterling EMS on an emergency squad run in the 6200 block of Dawnlight Circle, Orient. The subject was transported to the hospital.

– Bobby Hupp Jr., 30, of Circleville, was arrested on a warrant from Pickaway County Juvenile Court for failure to pay child support.

– Kendera A. Queen, 25, of Circleville, was arrested on a warrant from Circleville Municipal Court for a violation of probation on the original charge of disorderly conduct.

– A 15-year-old male from Ashville was arrested on a warrant from Pickaway County Juvenile Court for a violation of probation on the original charge of theft.

– Robert F. Holbert, 40, of Portsmouth, was arrested on a warrant of indictment from Pickaway County Common Pleas Court on the original charge of possession of heroin.
