Cheryl J. (Webster) Nicholson, age 69, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2017, at her home in South Bloomfield.

Born Nov. 23, 1947, to the late Marvin and Lucille (Donaldson) Webster in Ashville, Cheryl was a member of the South Bloomfield United Methodist Church and worked as a manager for 18 years at Scioto Downs. She also worked at Ricart Automotive and Sales.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her husband, John T. Nicholson; a son, Rick Everts; and brother, Donald (Butch) Webster.

She is survived by daughter, Paula Everts of South Bloomfield; a son, Brian Everts of Westerville; a brother, Gerald (Allene) Webster of Ashville; sisters, Pidge Webster and Pam (Charles) Moody, both of South Bloomfield; grandchildren, Ashley Everts (Jake Zeger), Alec Everts, Kody Everts and Connor Everts; great-granddaughter, Emelia Zeger; several nieces, nephews and special friends; and her best friend, Jackie Olney.

She loved her dogs, Fluffy and Chubs.

Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, May 15, 2017, at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St., Ashville. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at South Bloomfield United Methodist with Pastor Floyd Hubbell officiating. Interment will follow at the Harrison Township Cemetery in South Bloomfield.

In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions be made in Cheryl’s memory to Berger Health Foundation, The Rainbow Fund, 600 N. Pickaway St., Circleville, OH 43113; Circle of Caring, 600 N. Pickaway St. Circleville, OH 43113; or South Bloomfield Methodist Church, 5027 W. 2nd Street, South Bloomfield, OH 43103.
