April 23

– A resident in the 9000 block of Morgan Road, Orient, reported an unknown person tried to get him to cash a check and send part of the money to someone else. A report was taken on attempted theft.

– A resident in the 4800 block of Ashville Fairfield Road reported an unknown person stole jewelry from the residence. A report was taken on burglary.

– A resident in the 11000 block of Borror Road, Orient, reported an unknown person threw a large number of nails in her driveway. A report was taken on criminal mischief.

– A resident in the 2000 block of Cornstalk Avenue, Ashville, reported an unknown person stole a gun from his residence. A report was taken on theft.

– A resident in the area of Zane Trail Road on state Route 56 reported she was threatened by another driver while stopped on the road. A report was taken on menacing.

– Wanda L. Hill, 39, of Lancaster, was arrested for theft at Walmart.

– A deputy responded to a harassment complaint in the 16000 block of Whiteside Road, Mt. Sterling.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on property in the 13000 block of Ridgeway, Orient.

– A deputy responded to a harassment complaint in the 16000 block of Five Points Pike, Mt. Sterling.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 500 block of Sycamore Street, Circleville.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person on Cyrus Street, Commercial Point.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 1400 block of South Court Street at Walmart.

– David Roth, 26, of Columbus, was cited for traffic control when he struck a vehicle on U.S. Route 23 driven by Chandler McKnight, 21, of Kingston. Subjects were treated for injuries.

– Kimberly N. Hudson, 29, of Columbus, was arrested on a warrant for the original charge of a 12-point suspension.

April 24

– A resident in the 80000 block of state Route 762, Orient, reported an unknown person stole his trailer with his motorcycle on it. Both items were later recovered. A report was taken on breaking and entering.

– A resident in the 29000 block of Jackson Road reported an unknown person used his personal information to get a loan. A report was taken on identity theft.

– A deputy responded to reports of a recovered vehicle that was stolen out of Ashville on Hickory Bend Road west of state Route 104.

– Robert T. Tilton, 39, of Lockbourne, was arrested for domestic violence and possession of drug abuse instruments in the 10000 block of state Route 762.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 26000 block of Tarlton Adelphia Road, Tarlton.

– A deputy responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 10000 block of U.S. Route 62.

– A deputy and the canine Marko were requested for a free air narcotics search in the 19000 block of Pherson Pike, Williamsport. Nothing was found.

– A deputy responded to an activated alarm on Monticello Street, Circleville. The scene checked OK.

– A deputy and the canine Marko were requested to assist the Ohio State Highway Patrol on a traffic stop on U.S. Route 23 at Blackwater for a free air narcotics search. Nothing was found.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 25000 block of U.S. Route 23, Circleville.

– A deputy responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 10000 block of U.S. Route 62, Orient.

– A deputy responded to complaints of loud music on Main Street, Darbyville.

– Brittany Titman, 31, of Orient, advised she swerved to avoid a car in her lane and ran off the roadway on state Route 762. Subjects were treated for injuries.

April 25

– Ashley L. Gloyd, 31, of Stoutsville, was arrested for disorderly conduct at the Relax Inn on U.S. Route 23.

– A guest at the Relax Inn on U.S. Route 23 reported an unknown person stole medication from his vehicle.

– A resident in the 13000 block of state Route 56 East reported an unknown person stole his trailer. A report was taken on breaking and entering.

– A resident in the 4000 block of Bell Station Road reported a neighbor dug up a ditch next to her property and destroyed some trees and a fence. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– A resident in the 17000 block of Ringgold Northern Road reported while she was out of town, an unknown subject stole jewelry from her residence. She also reported she had a known male sell some items for her, then noticed a lot more items were missing than she intended to sell. A report was taken on theft.

– A resident in the 200 block of Crites Road reported she was in an argument with her boyfriend. No charges were filed.

– Bryan S. Greeno, 30, of Wilmington, and Julie A. Leach, 29, of Circleville, were arrested following a traffic stop on South Pickaway Street near Crites Road. Greeno is charged with possession of drug abuse instruments, driving under suspension and no proof of insurance. Leach is charged with tampering with evidence, possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of scheduled II drugs, possession of scheduled IV drugs, possession of drug abuse instruments, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal conveyance.

– Officers issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at Tarlton Adelphi Road and state Route 56 East.

– A deputy responded to an activated alarm in the 7000 block of U.S. Route 22 East, Circleville. Contact was made with the homeowner, and the scene checked OK.

– A deputy responded to reports of a suspicious person in the 20000 block of U.S. Route 23, Circleville.

– Jeffrey Blanton, 52, of Mt. Sterling, was cited for failure to control when his vehicle went off the roadway on Five Points Pike, striking a driveway culvert and mailbox.

– Whitney L. Campbell, 28, of Commercial Point, was arrested on a warrant from Circleville Municipal Court for failure to appear on the original charge of failure to reinstate.

– Julie A. Leach, 29, of Circleville, was arrested on a warrant of indictment for the original charges of theft and identity theft.

April 26

– A deputy responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 100 block of Oak Manor, Ashville. No charges have been filed at this time.

– A deputy responded to an animal complaint in the 28700 block of U.S. Route 23, Circleville.

– A deputy responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 100 block of Water Street, Williamsport.

– A deputy responded to a juvenile complaint in the 4000 block of state Route 316 West, Ashville.

– A deputy responded to reports of a vehicle with damage in the 4800 block of Duvall Road, Ashville.

– Carl Wolfe, 51, of Williamsport, was cited for OVI when he ran off the roadway on Main Street in Ashville, striking a utility pole.

– Thomas Richardson, 54, of Pickerington, struck a deer while traveling on Island Road.

– Douglas Higgins, 32, of Chillicothe, advised he pulled into the path of a vehicle driven by Cody Boyer, 20, of South Bloomfield, on state Route 316.

– Patsy Oldaker, 79, of Circleville, was cited for right of way at an intersection when her vehicle was struck by a vehicle driven by David Flowers III, 25, of Chillicothe, on U.S. Route 23.

– Adrianne Tomkins, 29, of Mt. Sterling, advised a vehicle slammed on its brakes in front of her on U.S. Route 62, causing to her swerve and go into a ditch.

– Johnny R. McClarren Jr. was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation on the original charge of disorderly conduct.

April 27

– A resident in the 18000 block of Winchester Road reported a stray bullet hit their basketball back stop. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– A resident in the 7000 block of Snyder Road, Orient, reported an unknown person stole a wooden swing from their yard. A report was taken on theft.

– A resident in the 1000 block of Columbus Street, Orient, reported an unknown person stole a catalytic converter from a vehicle. A report was taken on theft.

– A deputy responded to complaints on a person in the 25000 block of U.S. Route 23, Circleville.

– A deputy responded to reports of an intoxicated person in the 2000 block of Pickaway Street, Ashville.

– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 1400 block of South Court Street at Walmart.

– A deputy responded to reports of property damage in the 1000 block of Mill Road, Circleville.

– Jaimi Spadlin, 55, of Orient, struck a deer while traveling on state Route 762.

– Norma Rich, 89, of Circleville, advised she did not see a vehicle driven by Kathy Salyers, 60, of Circleville, and pulled out in front of it on Crites Road.

– Kimberly Taylor, 42, of Circleville, advised she did not see a tire and rim lying in the roadway on U.S. Route 23 and struck it, causing her to run off the road.

– Randy L. VanGundy II, 30, of South Bloomingville, was arrested on a warrant of indictment from Pickaway County Common Pleas Court on the original charge of two counts of trafficking in heroin.

– Susan Cornwell of Circleville was arrested on a warrant of indictment from Pickaway County Common Pleas Court on the original charge of non-support of dependents.
