Jeffrey A. VanGundy, 61, of Circleville, died Jan. 19, 2017, at the Cleveland Clinic.
He was born on Aug. 6, 1955, in Columbus, the son of the Robert and Gloria (Jacobs) VanGundy.
He was employed by Nationwide Insurance.
He is survived by his wife, Donna (Hupp) VanGundy; children, Kim (Eric) West, Denise VanGundy and Jacob (Jordan) VanGundy; three grandchildren, Josie, Hayden and Wyatt; and sisters, Kathy Moore and Joy (Mike) Kerek.
Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2017, at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Green Summit Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
