Cheryl A. Gul

Cheryl Ann Gul, 51, of Chillicothe, died Jan. 11, 2017, at her residence.

She was born Oct. 23, 1965, in Pike County, to Delbert S. and Edith Mae Lett Harris, both of whom survive.

In addition to her mother and father, surviving are her children, Adam (Lisara) Cool of Tarlton, Mitchell Cool and Crystal Ann Cool, both of Chillicothe; six grandchildren; sisters, Tammy Day of Chillicothe, Geraldine (Sebastian) Biernat of Dexter, Lora Harris of Florida and Gloria Harris of Jackson; brothers, David Harris of Chillicothe, Warnie Harris of Beaver, Franklin (Edna) Harris and Timothy (Billie Jo) Harris, both of Pike County, and Johnny (Candy) Harris of Beaver; numerous nieces and nephews; companion, Daniel Haddox of Chillicothe; and former husband and father of her children, Curtis Cool.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Rita Mae Payne and Genieva Harris.

Family was the most important thing in her life, and she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She helped everyone she came in contact with. Cheryl will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her. She will forever live in her family’s heart.

Cheryl was a Notary Public and was a member of the Catawba Tribe of Carrs Run.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, 2017, at the Ware Funeral Home, Chillicothe, with Pastor Keith Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Ware Funeral Home.
