Richard A. Weaver, 80, of Circleville, died Jan. 9, 2017, at his residence.
He was born on May 17, 1935, in Circleville, the son of Ernest and Hazel (Arledge) Weaver.
He was retired from E.I. DuPont.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law, Dan Daniels; and siblings, Ruth Lutz, Betty Clifton, Doris Reeser, Patty Reed, Bob Weaver, Dolly Thompson, Jim Weaver and Wilma White.
He is survived by his wife, Shirlene (Alexander) Weaver; children, Stephen Weaver, Ricky Weaver, Gary (Debra) Weaver, Diana Daniels and Tammy Noble; grandchildren, Brandon Weaver, Abbagail Weaver, Jesse Noble, Jacob Noble and Tyler Noble; brother, Larry (Alice) Weaver; sister, Janet Hayes; and brothers-in-law, Marvin Thompson and Roger White.
Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 13, 2017, at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with Pastor Ron Fraley officiating. Burial will be in Hitler Ludwig Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
