Khloe Arabella Thomas, age 4 months and 8 days, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 12, 2016, at Mt. Carmel Grove City Hospital.
She was born Nov. 8, 2015, to Thomantha Boltenhouse and Christopher Thomas in Columbus.
Khloe was a fighter since birth and is loved and will be sadly missed by her family.
Along with her parents, she is survived by maternal grandparents, Robyn Downing and David Coker; paternal grandparents, Jimmy Thomas and Jessica Gibson; great-grandmothers, Anita Smith, Nona Christman and Linda Jordan; great-great-grandparents, Tonya Weiss, Maxine and Carl Clifton; aunt, Jamie Rutter; uncles, Cody Gilbert, Colt Brown, Bryant Coker, Brian Gibson, Tommy Thomas and Troy Thomas; and great-aunt, Kelly Downing.
Khloe is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, James Boltenhouse; and great-grandfather, David Downing.
Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to noon on Thursday, March 17, 2016, at Defenbaugh-Wise-Schoedinger Funeral Home, 151 E. Main St., Circleville, where a funeral service will take place at 12 noon. Interment to follow at Springlawn Cemetery in Williamsport.
