Elmer Wayne Justice, 71, of Ray, passed away on Nov. 28, 2015, at Adena Regional Medical Center surrounded by his family.
He was born on Jan. 8, 1944, the son of the late Isaac and Viola (Seymour) Justice.
Elmer was a 1963 graduate of Vinton County High School. On April 18, 1966, he married the love of his life, Carol (Huston) Justice.
Elmer is survived by his wife of 50 years; son, Mike Justice of Ray; brother, Don (Mary) Justice of Amanda; sisters, Edna Smith of Londonderry and Magel (Dennis) Eddlemon of Tennessee; and many other special family members and friends.
Elmer was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Clarence, Harold and Floyd Justice; and sister, Ruth Crowe.
He worked at RCA in Circleville for about 20 years and enjoyed collecting and working on classic muscle cars.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, 2015, at the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Hill’s.
