COLUMBUS – According to police multiple people are in custody after a officer involved shooting has happened in Columbus.
According to police around 8:06pm on April 7, 2020 patrol officers responded to the 1800 block of Creekside Dr. on a report of shots fired into a home.
Officers caught up with car/suspect after a short pursuit. Police said that after the short pursuit shots were fired on/near Joyful St.
No police were injured in the exchange, but one suspect hospitalized and others are in custody.
The investigation is underway.
