Ohio State Highway Patrol- The Newark Police Department requested the Patrol’s Aviation Unit to assist in locating a missing elderly female who walked away from her residence.
The Aviation Unit responded and was able to locate the woman lying in a ditch. First responders were directed to her location and provided her with medical attention. We are thankful we could be of assistance to our law enforcement partners to help provide a positive outcome to a potentially dangerous situation.
