Nike Donates Over 30,000 Shoes to Front Like Workers

US – In recognition of frontline healthcare workers that have been combatting COVID-19 around the world Nike is patterning with nonprofit Good360 to donate Shoes to front like workers.


32,500 pairs of Nike Air Zoom Pulse shoes will be donated to health systems and hospitals in Chicago, Los Angeles, Memphis and New York City, and within the Veterans Health Administration. The remainder of those shoes will be donated to hospitals across Europe, including Barcelona, Berlin, London, Milan, Paris and in Belgium.

Unveiled in November 2019, the Nike Air Zoom Pulse is the first shoe Nike has designed for the healthcare athlete according to a press release.

The shoe was tested by workers in Oregon Health & Science University and Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in Portland, Oregon, to figure the best combination of fit, cushioning and traction.
