FLORIDA – National Weather has issued a warning of falling iguanas in Florida overnight tonight.
Is this a joke? No it actually happens. Temperatures in Florida are hitting unusual low temperatures the next 24 hours to lows of the 30s and 40s. This will cause Iguanas that are cold blooded to fall from trees. Yes this really happens!
National weather is reminding people to not worry about the iguanas that they are “not dead” just slow moving because of the weather.
So if you are in Florida maybe take a umbrella out when you go out tonight for fear of a Iguana falling on your head?
