Lisa Director of Haven House said that the donation was a blessing, they actually have had issues getting large amount of toilet paper and were down to their last few packages. “This couldn’t have come at a better time,” said Lisa,” I’m not a religious person but our prayers were answered with this donation we really really needed it.”

Haven House houses has 31 units for shelter for women and children in need. They aim towards helping domestic violence victims escape abuse.

Pan’s offer to locals has been expressed also with other associations of Hilton Owners to collectively represent more than 1 million healthcare workers to provide access to the program, designed to support individuals who would otherwise have to spend their own money on accommodations.

“Mr. Pan has recognized an urgent need for first responders and their families. Mr. Pan is an incredible leader within Newport and the Northern Kentucky Community, which he has shown time and time again. We want to express our gratitude to Mr. Pan, and his outstanding Hampton Inn, for his consideration to the employees of Newport and their families, said Newport Police Department.

“During this crisis, we have seen so many examples of medical professionals working in the most challenging circumstances, sacrificing their own needs for the greater good. They truly are heroes,” said Hilton President and CEO, Christopher J. Nassetta. “We are honored to extend our Hilton hospitality to them during this difficult time.”

“Knowing that there is a safe, clean and comfortable hotel room waiting for you at the end of a long shift can make all the difference in the world right now,” Dr. Jaquis said. “The kind of compassion and caring that Hilton and American Express are offering has never been more welcome.”
