Deputies responded to Wagner Rd. for a trespass complaint.—–


March 27, 2020
Deputies responded to a Goose Creek Rd. residence for a menacing complaint. The case file was submitted to the prosecutor’s office for review.—–

March 28, 2020
Deputies responded to a Goose Creek Rd. residence for an alleged menacing complaint. After investigation, deputies determined that the property owner wanted the tenant to move and had posted an eviction notice on the residence. Deputies told the property owner the proper eviction process would have to occur and deputies could not make anyone move.—–

March 29, 2020
Deputies responded to a domestic violence complaint at a Trimmer St. residence after receiving a 911 call. After investigating the matter and a brief struggle with the suspect, Myron Robison III, 34, Logan, Robison was taken into custody, charged with Domestic Violence, Resisting Arrest, Menacing and Obstructing Official Business and transported to the SEORJ.—–


March 29, 2020
Deputies responded to a breaking and entering in progress at a Company Rd. property. When deputies arrived they found two males in a vehicle on the property along with potential stolen property in the vehicle. After investigation, deputies found the Joshua E. Lanier, 33, Lancaster had broken into a camper on the property and stolen a flat screen television. Lanier was charged with Breaking and Entering and transported to the SEORJ.—–

March 30, 2020
Deputies responded to a Goose Creek Rd. rental property for a complaint of breaking and entering. The complainant told deputies the only missing items were a basket of clothes to whom they did know who they belonged to. The complainant provided deputies with possible suspects. The case remains under investigation.—–

Deputies, while following up on another case at a Bear Run Rd. residence received a report of a theft that had occurred in December 2019.—–

March 30, 2020
Deputies responded to a 911 call of an active burglary at a Lynch Rd. residence. When deputies arrived, they learned the suspect had fled. The suspect was located a short time later at another residence hiding in a vehicle. The suspect, Joseph H. Rogers, 38, Logan was arrested for outstanding warrants from Hocking and Athens Counties. Rogers was transported to the SEORJ.—–

March 31, 2020
Deputies responded to a Sams Creek Rd. residence for a domestic complaint. After investigation, all parties were told to go inside and stay away from each other until they were sober and could act civil. The homeowner was told to contact Municipal Court to begin the eviction process if they wanted the other parties to move.—–

April 1, 2020
Deputies responded to a complaint of menacing and violating a protection order at a Goose Creek Rd. residence. Deputies learned that the parties had not been served the CPO prior to the incident. Deputies served the CPO to each of the parties.—–

April 1, 2020
Deputies responded to a Blosser Rd. residence for a domestic violence complaint. When deputies arrived, both parties had left the area.
