OHIO – Governor Dewine said in a press conference on Wednesday that he would roll back curfew a hour if for the straight seventh day of COVID-19 hospitalizations were below 3,500.

Dewine says that if hospitalizations drop below 2,500 for 7 consecutive days, we feel believe that we will be able to drop the curfew.

He warned though that to keep in mind that hospitalizations are a lagging indicator – this means that if these numbers go back up, we would likely need to act quickly to reinstitute the appropriate safety measures.

Starting Thursday, the statewide curfew will be in effect from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.
