Chillicothe – The Buck Fifty is hosting the Ross County Drug Free Clubs of America Rally that is held each Fall to support the local members. The purpose is to allow these members to assemble and rally in a drug free movement, and they would like to have everyones support.

The rally is on Friday October 25th at 10 am, over 2000 students are already planning to attend! In past years the Rally has had eight High Schools from Chillicothe and Ross County, Circleville and Pickaway Schools. This year they go bigger with Springfield Clark CTC from Clark County, South Webster from Scioto County, Buckeye Hills from Gallia County, and From Pickaway Westfall and Teays Valley. Thats a total of 14 schools! Greenfield McClain, Waverly, Piketon, and Jackson High schools are not wanting to become involved in this growing movement to be drug free.

The kids will first meet at Chillicothe City Pool in the park, they will see the security biker group called the Buck Fifty Security Squad, then they will be marched up the hill of the park and fill the Chillicothe downtown area of Park Street in front of the Ross County Courthouse.

Some students will have the chance to speak on why they are part of the drug free movement and why living a drug free lifestyle is important. Afterwards the kids will be treated to lunch and a concert from the band Polarity.

Buck Fifty asks that anyone who can come join in support our youth in the movement against drugs.
