NEWARK – A local Newark Dealership is trimming up the halloween decorations in a unique way this week. “Normally you see the balloons on the cars,” said Russel Robinson. “Seeing this at the stop light made me have to take a photo, it was spooky for sure.”
Tri-County Chrysler products is located at 1290 Hebron Rd just south of Newark. The ballons were placed in a way that represents a Steven King Movie called “IT.” Where a predatory shapeshifter called Pennywise lives in the sewer and takes the form of a wisecracking clown, with balloons. “We all float down here!”
