Fayette County Hospital Locks out Visitors Due to COVID-19

Fayette – Fayette County Memorial Hospital is closing the local hospital to visitors again, after Dewine announced county’s upgraded level 2 with the Ohio Public Health Advisory System.



According to a press release from the hospital, “Due to the increasing number of positive COVID-19 cases in the community and the re-classification of Fayette County to Level 2 with the Ohio Public Health Advisory System, FCMH has returned to a no visitor policy effective immediately. As always, exceptions may be made out of consideration for the patient’s needs. We continue to keep the safety of our patients and staff as our top priority and thank you for your cooperation.”

Pickaway recently was reduced to a level 2, and Ross was also elevated to a level 2.
