Drug House Shut Down Again by Circleville Police

CIRCLEVILLE – In January Circleville Police department with Circleville Probation raided a home on 158 Town Street and arrested several people, now police are back again at the same location and have arrested the same people for similar crimes.

On February 5, 2020 the Circleville Communications Center received a 911 call where a female was overdosing at 158 Town Street in Circleville. Upon arriving at the residence multiple individuals were taken by The Circleville Fire Department to Berger Hospital to be treated. The individuals had previously been banned from the residence by a court order, however they were located in the residence in violation of the order from the Judge.
On February 6, 2020 the Circleville Police Department assisted the Circleville Probation Department on a compliance check of 158 Town Street in Circleville. The compliance check was due to the multiple overdoses at the residence the night before. During the probation check three individuals were placed under arrest. The new arrests are a continuation of court proceedings from a Search Warrant that was served at the residence on January 10, 2020 where the residents were arrested on narcotics charges.
Arrested today were the following:

• Jerry Wynn 47 of Circleville charged with bond revocation.


• Amber Mclaughlin 33 of Circleville charged with Violation of Probation.


• Darlene Stepp 78 of Circleville charged with Violation of Probation.
