USA – Disney is doing something for the kids during the COVID-19 situation, they are releasing a incredibly popular movie Frozen 2 directly to their live streaming channel Disney Plus.
Many people were able to get Disney plus when it first released in October for the Star Wars series, now that is paying off again with the company releasing the super popular film Frozen 2 directly to this source.
“Frozen 2 has captivated audiences around the world through its powerful themes of perseverance and the importance of family, messages that are incredibly relevant during this time,” said Bob Chapek, Disney’s recently appointed CEO, in a press release.
Frozen 2, which grossed $1.4 billion globally, setting a new record for an animated film, is a highly anticipated title for the Disney Plus subscribers.
This isn’t something Disney does, breaking a release window, but they did it for the masses of children according to the press release. The Film will be streaming on Disney plus on March 15.
