CIRCLEVILLE – Council will meet on Tuesday December 18th in three different meetings.

At 6:00 pm Circleville City Council will meet as a Committee of the whole in the Council Chambers to discuss City/Council/Berger discussions. This will convene into executive session and will not be open to the public.

A Judicial Committee Meeting will come to order at 6:45pm with a Ordnance from Don Sherman for levying assessment for cutting weeds and the abatement of nuisances on certain city lots.  Any new discussions will follow afterwards.  This is open to anyone who would like to come.




City Council will Meet at 7:00 pm for the First readings of three ordinances.  An ordinate produced from the compensation review committee fixing compensation and benefits for the position of Mayor of the City of Circleville.  This Ordinance was originally voted to be returned to Compensation review for discussion.  That meeting was on December 11 and interested parties negotiated that the raise wouldn’t start until 2020.

The Second ordinance being read for first reading will be for the allocations of funds in the income tax revenue and declaring a emergency.

The Third ordinance for the first reading will be the Annual Appropriation in the municipal income tax fund 202, the cable vision find 211, The safety forces .5% Income tax fund 212, The Safety forces .01% income tax fund 216, the capital improvement fund 306, and the water plant rehabilitation fund 838 of the city of Circleville.



Then any new business will be heard, any people interested in these discussions should attend.
