COVID-19 Update: No Confirmed Cases in Pickaway/Ross Counties March 21, 2020

OHIO – CDC has updated its March 21, 2020 COVID-19 daily update



According o CDC we have 247 Confirmed cases in 33 counties, three people have died in Ohio and 58 people are hospitalized.

According to CDC not everyone will be tested at this time, only people who fall in special categories, mostly elderly (55 and older) and people with medical conditions. There is no drive thru testing currently in Pickaway county, but there are plans for one eventually. People have been tested for COVID-19 in Pickaway County but they have been traveling to Franklin County for drive thru testing. None of those tests have came back confirmed at this time, some of those tests are pending results.

Dewine says that some people will go undiagnosed in the community and thats why he stresses safe distance and continuing to try to stay home.

They have not confirmed any cases in Ross, Pickaway, Fairfield, Fayette counties. The counties that do have cases are.

Ashland (1), Ashtabula (1), Belmont (2), Butler (16), Clark (1), Clermont (2), Coshocton (2), Cuyahoga (92), Darke (1), Defiance (2), Delaware (4), Erie (1), Franklin (21), Gallia (1), Geauga (1), Hamilton (8), Huron (1), Lake (4), Licking (1), Lorain (14), Lucas (4), Mahoning (14), Marion (1), Medina (9), Miami (11), Montgomery (1), Richland (1), Stark (8), Summit (15), Trumbull (3), Tuscarawas (1), Union (1), Warren (2)

People who have died from COVID-19 were from Cuyahoga, Erie and Lucas County.
