COVID-19 Update: Fairfield County Swells to Five Cases

Fairfield – Fairfield county department of Helath has confirmed five cases inside the county, according to the department of health all five people are being isolated at this time.


Heres the update:
The Fairfield Department of Health (FDH) has been notified of additional confirmed cases for COVID-19 in Fairfield County residents. We now have five confirmed cases for Fairfield County. These residents are currently being isolated. FDH is working to identify close contacts of these residents and will contact anyone who would requires follow-up.
FDH is working closely with Fairfield Medical Center, our community partners, and the Ohio Department of Health to prepare for and respond to this actively evolving situation.

Beginning March 26, 2020, updates of current case counts in Fairfield County will be available daily at 2:00 pm at https://coronavirus.ohio.gov/
