CIRCLEVILLE – When do you take down the Christmas tree? According to traditions many Christians have marked the end of Christmas 12 days after Christmas also known as the Eve of Epiphany. This is usually January 5 or 6, The Department of Public Service will begin accepting Christmas Trees starting Monday, January 7, 2019 thru January 18, 2019.
Trees can be dropped off at the City Garage, 740 South Washington Street, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. For residents unable to deliver their Christmas Tree to the City Garage, they can be placed along the curb line for pickup. Prior to disposal, please make sure all decorations, garland and icicles are removed.
