CIRCLEVILLE – A man on Tuesday called police after finding a woman doing laundry in his home he didnt know.

According to police reports on Tuesday Febuary 4, 2020 a man on East Ohio Street called police when he found a woman in his apartment doing laundry. He stated that he did not know the woman and had never seen her before. He said she did not steal anything or was aggressive but was just randomly doing laundry in his apartment. The man said she left immediately when she was confronted.

Circleville Police Department expanded on the situation with this statement, “He came home to find her in his apartment doing laundry, He confronted her, just as anyone would, but she didn’t say a word and just continued walking around his apartment. She walked up to the second floor and he followed her, still with her not saying a word. She then turned around, walked back downstairs, moved his couch away from the wall and walked behind it. She then grabbed her laundry and walked out the front door. The man also told me he could tell his shower had been used. Nothing was missing from the apartment and he just wanted the incident documented (probably thinking no one would ever believe him). Well I believe him. How could someone think to make that up?”
