CIRCLEVILLE – Councilman Todd Brady of third ward announced during regular session of council meeting in March that he would step down from council effective March 31, 2020.

Brady has changed his decision amid the COVID-19 pandemic to stay on for several more months. According to President Crawford, “I’m happy to report Todd Brady has withdrawn his resignation from Circleville City Council and will remain a council person for at least the next several months. Although he announced more than a month ago his decision to step down from his council seat, Todd realizes – as we all do – the timing of his departure was not favorable to the challenges we are facing today.

Todd’s experience on city council has been invaluable and his institutional knowledge will be very important as we move forward. We appreciate Todd’s willingness to support council and the city during this period of state and national emergency.

He will continue to chair the service committee and participate on the finance committee.”

Brady is on his second term as Council-member, last term he served as Council at large position.
