Chillicothe OH- 11/19/2020 An awkward moment for a resident on Prospect Street after he witnessed another man standing on the porch of a residence exposing himself.
The Chillicothe Police had already been to the address on Prospect Street earlier and left after giving a warning but arrested the man after their second trip and hearing from a witness regarding the indecent exposure.
The witness told police that the man was standing on a front porch of a residence with his shorts dropped to his knees , jumping up and down while grabbing his penis.
According to the police report, 31 year old Caleb A Campbell was taken to the Ross County jail due to his intoxication and erratic behavior. Campbell also received two summons to court for Drunken Disorderly and Indecent Acts and Language. He is due in court on 11/30/2020 on those charges.
