Charles Paul Bradley, 65 of Circleville, died September 24, 2018 at Berger Hospital.  He was born on May 23, 1953 in Zanesville, the son of Leo and Wanda (Flowers) Bradley.  He was a 1971 graduate of Marysville High School, 1973 graduate of Muskingum Technical College, 1975 Graduate of the State of Ohio Activity Therapy for Long term Care Facilities, 1978 graduate of The Ohio State University Core of Knowledge Program in Long Term Care Administration and numerous Post Graduate courses in Business Administration and Long Term Health Care (over 2500 hours).  He became licensed in 1979 as a Nursing Home Administrator, served as Administrator for Care Centers Incorp. Health Care Retirement Corp. of America and The MacIntosh Company at their facilities including Heartland of Jackson, Heartland of Fairfield and The Village at Westerville.  He moved to Circleville in 1984 to become the Administrator of Pickaway Manor Care Center.  He founded Constance Care Home Healthcare in October 2000, major benefactor of the Bradley Care Center along with wife Connie which allowed people living in the community to receive cancer care close to home.  Chuck was the 2010 Jeff Ankrom Memorial Golf Championship Honoree.

He was a member of the following organizations:  American College of Health Care Administrators, The Ohio Health Care Association past secretary and treasurer, Ohio Council of Home Care and Hospice, Board member, treasurer and Chairman of Board, Past President of Pickaway Chamber of Commerce, Past Chairman of The Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging, Past Board member of Pickaway Senior Center where he served as the Vice President, Circleville Sunrise Rotary Club, Major benefactor of The Bradley Cancer Center, Past Board member of The American Heart Association, Past Board Member of the American Cancer Society (Pickaway County), Knights of Columbus, former Board member of Pickaway County Economic Development Committee (P3P), Board member, Vice President and President of The Berger Health Foundation, President – The Ohio Council for Home Care (2007-2009), Member The Forum of States – National Association for Home Care (2007-2009) and Member of Board of Ocean Walk Condominium Association. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents and first wife, Debra (Kuhn) Bradley whom he married on March 25, 1971 and died on June 19, 1994 and father and mother-in-law, Gene and Nancy Wright. He is survived by his wife, Constance Jean (Wright) Bradley whom he married on May 3rd, 1997; his sons, Donald Leo (Carrie) Bradley of Circleville, Mikel Paul (Jenna) Bradley of Flemingburg, KY and Chad Joseph (Heather) Bradley of Northfield; grandchildren, Caleb Michael Bradley, Matthew Paul Bradley, Madison Marie Bradley, Elijah Paul Bradley, Clayton James Schneider and Cole Thomas Schneider; brothers and sisters Martha Jane (Gary) Maxwell of El Paso, TX, Mary Ann (Doug) Braden of Mars, PA, William Eugene Bradley, Vickie Marie (Jim) Barron and Sherri Lynn Smith all of Lake Wales, FL and Amber Kay (Gene) Spiker of Indian Hills, FL; sisters-in-laws, Janie (Asa) Bradbury of Circleville, Jeannie (Dug) Radcliff of Circleville and Teresa (Ron) Beal of Bowling Green, KY; brother-in-law, Terry (Jona) Wright of Circleville; several nieces, nephews, special friend, Bonnie Hildenbrand and many others.

Chuck’s daily prayer of life, Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.  Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday September 29, 2018 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.  Burial will be on Sunday at Duncan Falls Cemetery, Zanesville.  Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Berger Health Foundation for use at The Bradley Cancer Center.  Online condolences may be made at www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
