Chillicothe OH- A candle light vigil is being held in memory of Austin Ryan Ward tonight at 10:45P.M in the parking lot of Harbor Freight, located at 1059 North Bridge Street in Chillicothe.
His family and friends are gathering to celebrate the life of Austin, sharing all the memories we’ve had with him.
