ROSS – Police are responding to two people who are overdosing in a car at US-23 by the old scales just past the split in Ross County.
According to reports there are at least three people in the car, and at this time it is not known if the driver is one of the people who is currently overdosing. Several units of Narcan have been used on both individuals.
One officer is on scene and administering Narcan at this time and two EMS units are heading to the scene to assist.
