OHIO – Lawmakers have extended license renewals during the closures of BMV’s around Ohio.

With the local Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles closure, driver’s licenses that have to be renewed AFTER March 9, 2020 have been extended until December 1, 2020.

Law enforcement has discretion to adjust enforcement and are asked to give consideration to a driver whose license expired after March 9, 2020 and may have been unable to renew due to agency closure or self-quarantine situation.
