Ohio State Buckeyes Honor 36 Year Sheriff Office Member

COLUMBUS – Today at half time The Ohio State University honors Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Chaplain Father Leo Connolly has been a member of the Sheriff’s Office for over 36 years. Over the years he has responded and assisted in countless traumatic incidents giving spiritual guidance, support and condolences when needed. He has been a member of the Mid-Ohio FOP Critical Incident Response Team for over 30 years. Within days of the tragic events on 9/11 that gripped our Nation, Chaplain Connolly responded to New York and provided assistance to many first responders over a 5 week period.
