William Davis, 77, of Circleville passed away on August 18, 2017. He was born on March 25, 1940 in Pickaway County to Ernest D. and Dolly (Starr) Davis. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son Michael Davis and brother James Davis. William is survived by his daughter Julie Tootle, grandchildren Jenna and Jayda, former wife Jeannette Davis and by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery.
