The Wilds Zoo Reopens Today in a Staggered Start

CUMBERLAND – The Wilds zoo says that they are now ready to reopen after being closed due to COVID-19 orders from Gov. Dewine.

The new opening comes with some limitations but whats available is, Wildside tours, Fishing Safaris, and overnight stays at Nomad Ridge, The Wilds’ Cabins at Straker Lake and The Lodge. Open-Air Safari tours, Zipline Safari, Sunset Safari, and Horseback Safari tours all with staggered starts.



“Your visit to The Wilds will look slightly different than past visit, but please know that these new policies and procedures are there to provide a safe and fun experience for all of our guests. The health and safety of our guests, employees, volunteers and the more than 400 animals in our care remain our top priority and we thank you for helping us with these efforts, said the Wilds on a online media post.
