Washington Courthouse OH- Rene Gautier, a local business owner saw a post on social media asking for help to rescue a kitten. The social media post said that the little kitten had been chased to the top of a very tall tree by a dog and wouldn’t come down after being up there for an hour.
So, Rene who just happens to know a little about climbing trees because he is the owner of Salt River Tree Care and had the equipment to do the job, jumped into action !
A short time later, Evan Tyree caught the rescue on Delaware Street on video for us to share with all of you.
Rene spoke with Scioto Post and told us how really excited he was that this story is gaining attention and was happy to do something positive for his community .
