CIRCLEVILLE – National weather has advised of rain conditions this weekend for the 3 day forecast but a upturn in temperatures. Temperatures are supposed to rise into the low 60s on friday and then drop down on Saturday to 40s. Rain will start later on Thursday and continue off and on throughout the weekend.
