Pickaway County- A single vehicle crash occurred on Northridge Road/SR188 near Warner-Huffer Rd in Washington Township around 12:30 pm on January 18, 2020.
According to Sheriff on scene two Pickaway county juveniles heading westbound in a Maroon Honda Civic when the driver lost control of the vehicle when she claims she hydroplaned out of control. The vehicle left the roadway on the right side of the roadway struck a telephone pole and rolled onto its side in a farm field.
Police said both juveniles were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. The driver was transported to Berger with minor injuries the other juvenile was released to mom at the scene.
Clear Creek squad and fire had been dispatched to the scene, with Fairfield County in mutual aid that was called off later. Pickaway County Sheriff deputies handled the scene.
