(LUCASVILLE, Ohio) – Valley Township Fire Chief Terri Horton reports that the on Ramp to the the Veterans Memorial Bypass (Oh-823) coming off US Route 23 South is closed at this hour due to an overturned semi-truck.
The Chief said that it will take several hours to clean up the accident and reopen the ramp.
Motorist are advised to avoid the area until further notice.
