SOUTH BLOOMFIELD – South Bloomfield goodwill is closing its store in 5075 South Union location but will quickly open an adult day services program in the front of the building.

The goodwill in an online post says that they will close the location on February 6th but the Donation Center at the south back side of the building will remain open to collect donations from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday.

“The closure will allow us to quickly open an adult day services program in the front of the building, filling an immediate need for individuals with disabilities in Pickaway County,” goodwill said on the online post.

This new addition comes after a local adult care facility classroom in the county has closed down: http://www.sciotopost.com/locals-trying-to-save-only-adult-daycare-in-pickaway-county/

No employees will lose their jobs in the transition though, all store employees will remain employed and transition to operate the Donation Center at the back of the building or work in our Circleville store.
