2. When are the auctions held?
Auctions are conducted on Wednesdays, however, not always every Wednesday. Each sale will have a specific time it will be auctioned.

3. When and where do you advertise??
Sheriff Sales are advertised on our website.

4. What form of payment is required day of sale? 10% down on treasure sales only. Payment of certified check by 4:00 p.m. Day of the sale. Sorry, no personal/company checks or cash accepted.

Foreclosure sales now have set amounts of deposit based on the appraised amount.$0 to $10,000,00 is $2000.00    $10,001 to $200,000.00 is $5,000.00    $201,000,00 and above is

5. When is the balance of the money due? 30 days from the day of sale or upon Entry of Confirmation of Sale from the Ross County Court and upon receiving the Deed.

7. Do I need to pre-register for the sale? No. Registration not required.

8. Can properties be purchased over the counter/before the sale date? No.

9. Can the properties be viewed prior to the sale? No. We are not permitted to enter these properties.

10. What about other liens on a property?
You can obtain information regarding property liens at the Ross County Recorders Office.
